Best Lawyers lists Rainer Ihde and Fabian Laucken in the area of “Information Technology” and Claas Oehler in the area of “Media and Copyright Law”. The German business and finance newspaper Handelsblatt comments this publication in an article from the 26th of June 2015 as follows: “Every year, the US American publisher questions 1714 business lawyers in a peer to peer assessment about which colleagues they would professionally advise. The result is a list of the best lawyers and law firms in 23 areas of expertise.”

Legal’s Finest

The biggest law network worldwide “Legal’s Finest 200” rates Claas Oehler as one of the best lawyers in his areas of expertise. By a significant share of the people questioned, consisting of 42,000 relevant individuals and firms, Claas was voted one of the Top 200 in the category “Client Choice – TMT Law Award – Germany”.

Corporate Live Wire Legal Awards

In the survey of the news service for corporate finance “Corporate Live Wire” Claas Oehler was elected “Elite TMT Lawyer 2015 – Germany”. Being asked to put forward those who have excelled in the legal field showing determination, high performance and success, more than 500,000 professionals from legal industry as well as their corporate subscriber base were questioned.


As in previous years, „JUVE Manual Commercial Law Firms 2014/2015“ recommends our law firm in the category “Media, Technology and Telecommunication”. In a previous edition it was already pointed out that mandators that were questioned emphasized the “customer focus, flexibility and professional competence” of our law firm. The study provides a quantitative analysis of the perception of law firms by their mandators and thence, ensures a valuable reference concerning the market position of Ihde & Partner. For the survey 5,500 Syndici from over 570 companies were questioned.
