Due to the development towards an information society, intellectual property law and copyright law in particular – hasbecome ex-tremely significant. With respect to copyright law we advise authors, owners, licensees and others exploiting those rights on all questions of copyright, publishing and media law. We help our cli-ents with licensing, asserting and prosecution issues of IP rights.<\/p>\n

It is important for corporate concepts to include anticipatory strategies for licensing of IP rights. We offer corporate consulting for this purpose. Besides our legal expertise, we also have a sound knowledge of the industry. We also form part of an extensive network in the media policy system, enabling us to provide an anticipatory consulting service. Forthcoming amendments can therefore be taken into account at an early stage by contract drafting and consulting services.<\/p>\n
