The Entertainment business is experiencing a rapid and versatile growth in the recent years.<\/p>\n

The lines between TV production, Internet production, musical production and theatrical production fade soaringly. Thus the different areas of law overlap and new rules have to be established.Here it is of utmost importance to make sure that rights to a production are protected over the entire course of a production process. This can be achieved by using the right design of a production surrender contract. This surrender contract regulates the distribution of rights to a production between the creator, the contractor and the contractee. To provide all the necessary pieces of information is our main goal.<\/p>\n
