Since 1996 employed in several enterprise-consulting law firms such as Schuermann &amp; Partner in Berlin and Milan (1995 -1997) and at last Andersen Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Cologne (1998 &#8211; 2001). Since 2002 Partner and Founder of the cologne branch of Ihde &amp; Partner Rechtanwaelte.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Gerd Schumacher advises companies and business clients in the fields of contract law , company law and tax law. In particular his work involves project- and claim-management, predominantly real estate and cross-border tax law.<\/p>\n<p>A significant part of his clients have an international background, most notably to Italy and China (People&#8217;s Republic, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
