After his professional training including A-levels, law studies in Berlin and Bordeaux; working stays in Moscow and Paris; legal internship in Berlin; admitted to the bar in 2000 and to the Court of Appeal in 2005; in 2000 established a regional law partnership and partner at the Berlin branch; merged with Ihde & Partner Rechtsanwaelte in 2006.<\/p>\n

Ivailo Ziegenhagen advises both companies and individuals mainly on individual and collective labour law. This includes, among other services, the drafting, development and termination of employer-employee relationships and personnel by means of employment contracts, written warnings, fixed-term agreements and further training measures etc. He also advises employers and works councils on matters of co-determination, the establishment of and compliance with works agreements, reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, he also provides advice on the trading, sale and financing of technology and media products and answers questions concerning data and consumer protection law and the law governing the protection of young persons.<\/p>\n

Ivailo Ziegenhagen carries out a wide range of training services and talks. He is a tutor for trainee lawyers in the field of private law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
